As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on an incredible 2024 and express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been part of our journey.

From launching new initiatives to celebrating remarkable achievements across our partner salons, this year has been filled with milestones that showcase the strength of our partnership and the passion we share for the salon industry.

Here’s a look back at some of our highlights from 2024:

• January: We joined the Academy Salons AGM at the L’Oréal Headquarters to review the successful results of the 2023 GAPs Into Profit marketing campaign.
• February: We introduced two awards as part of our GAPs Into Profit programme:
  • The Next Generation Salon Professional Award celebrates outstanding creativity and commercial IQ.
  • The Next Generation Front-of-House Award honours recognise the incredible support a successful Front-of-House team member brings to their team.
• March: During the Academy Salons Awards, we unveiled the Savvy Salon Award to recognise the top-performing salon within the Academy Salons Group.
• April: We partnered with Zappas salon group, launching the GAPs Into Profit Marketing Campaign across Berkshire and Hampshire.
• May: We launched our GAPs Into Profit Online Academy, marking a major step forward in supporting our partner salons. This on-demand platform provides tools & training to complement our in-salon sessions, helping partner salons achieve exceptional results with the GAPs Into Profit salon marketing programme.
• June: We attended Zappas’ Quarterly Meeting to share campaign results and celebrated the winners of their internal May contest.
• July: We returned to the Academy Salons AGM at the L’Oréal Headquarters to review the first half of the 2024 GAPs Into Profit marketing campaign results with managers and team leaders.
• August: We announced the winners of the internal contests held across both the Zappas and Academy Salons groups, celebrating their exceptional efforts and achievements.

As we look back on this year’s achievements, we’re thrilled to continue supporting our partner salons through the GAPs Into Profit programme. We’re excited to embark on another year of growth and opportunities with you in 2025.
